To me, this looks pretty dangerous as it can easily block your air ways preventing sufficient oxygen from travelling into your lungs.
Now, i don’t know how long her self bondage session will last for, but regardless…..it is still a very dangerous act putting a shoe in your own face and someone should always be there in case something goes wrong.
Thankfully, for this girl….someone is there to supervise her.
