Ghost Captured On Public Disgrace?

At first, this photo just seemed kinky…if not, outright humiliating.
Then, if you have a closer look at the left hand side of the picture, there seems to be a ghost or an entity standing there enjoying the show.

Now…i don’t know if it’s a real ghost captued or just some strange phenomena that happened with the camera.
