10 Years Old Girl Bound To Swim
A rather interesting news happened in China where a father tied up his 10 years old daughter and chuck her into the Southern Chinese River, so that she can get better in her swimming.
Well…this may sound abit cruel at first….but then i realized it was actually the girl’s idea.
She got the idea from a local television program and believed that if she was bound and swim like a dolphin, her swimming skills will be better.
So…the father agreed and tied down both her wrist and ankles with rope…..and thrown her into the river.
It’s said that in order for this girl to swim across the river, it’ll take her 3 hours.
In this case, i think the water temperature was too cold for her, so the father decided to take her out of the water and into safety.

I must admit this girl has got some heart, but as to whether doing this (getting tied up to swim) will really help improve her swimming skill remains a mystery to me.
