Bettie or Madonna?
Who’s idea is it anyway?
Can you still remember the cone bra that madonna wore back in the 1980s?
You know….the bra that really stood out and got every parents worry that their kids might wear one outside because it was so trendy at the time.
Well, i must admit….i thought the idea originally came from Madonna.
However, then i found this picture of Bettie Paige.
As you can see, she is wearing almost an identical cone bra top as Madonna.
So, i begin to wonder…did Madonna copy betty’s idea?
Well, i’m not too sure, but all i know is that this photo must have been taken in the 1960s, so the only reason i can of is yes….Masdonna copied her!
Unless…of course, it was just pure coincidence.
But you’ve got to give Madonna credit for making it into her trademark and most importantly….world known!
I guess only she had the power to do so…especially back in those days.
